Who we are
Four Leaf Technology ("Four Leaf", "we", "us") is a Cisco-focused value-added reseller and managed service provider based in Omaha, Nebraska. This policy covers our public website (www.fourleaftech.com), our customer portal (connect.fourleaftech.com) and the Four Leaf Operations platform our staff use to serve you.
What we collect
- Contact and account information you or your organization give us: name, work email, phone, title, company and site addresses.
- Commercial records created while we do business together: quotes, orders, purchase orders, shipments, service engagements, support tickets, invoices and payment status.
- Product and licensing data about equipment and subscriptions we supply or support, including serial numbers, coverage and renewal dates, which we may receive from manufacturers and distributors on your behalf.
- Website and portal usage such as pages viewed, form submissions and sign-in events, collected through standard server logs and our analytics tools.
How we use it
- To quote, sell, deliver, support and renew the products and services you buy from us.
- To invoice you and record payments. Invoices, customer records and payment status are exchanged with our accounting system, QuickBooks Online, which is operated by Intuit under its own privacy terms.
- To register products, open support cases and manage licenses with manufacturers and distributors on your behalf.
- To give your named users access to the customer portal and to notify them about quotes, orders, invoices and renewals.
- To improve our website and services and to respond when you contact us.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to serve you: with manufacturers and distributors to fulfil orders and support contracts; with Intuit (QuickBooks Online) for accounting; with our CRM, email and hosting providers that process data on our instructions; and where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect it
Access to the operations platform is limited to Four Leaf staff signing in through our Microsoft 365 tenant. Portal access is by invitation only and scoped to your organization's records. Data is encrypted in transit, hosted with reputable cloud providers in the United States, and every externally visible action in the platform is logged.
Retention
We keep commercial records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterwards as required for tax, warranty and legal purposes. Website analytics are kept in aggregate.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete personal information, to remove a portal user, or to stop marketing email at any time. Contact us at privacy@fourleaftech.com or through our contact page.
Changes
We will post updates to this policy here and change the effective date above.
