Using the website and portal
The Four Leaf website and customer portal are provided to current and prospective customers of Four Leaf Technology. Portal access is by invitation to named users at your organization. You are responsible for keeping sign-in links and devices secure and for the actions taken under your users' access.
Quotes, orders and invoices
Quotes are estimates valid through the date printed on them. Accepting a quote in the portal, or issuing a purchase order against it, creates an order under the commercial terms agreed with your Four Leaf account team. Sales tax shown on quotes is an estimate; the tax on your invoice is final. Invoices are due per the payment terms printed on them.
Connected services
Four Leaf Operations exchanges records with third-party systems to run our business, including QuickBooks Online (Intuit) for accounting and manufacturer and distributor systems for fulfilment and support. Those services are governed by their own terms. Four Leaf does not resell or expose your data through these connections beyond what is needed to serve you.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access records that are not your organization's, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to protect the platform or other customers.
Content and intellectual property
The site, portal and their content are owned by Four Leaf Technology or its licensors. Product names and logos belong to their respective manufacturers.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and portal are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Four Leaf is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or portal. Nothing here limits the warranties or remedies in a signed agreement between us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
