About Four Leaf

Four Leaf Technology is an engineering-led system integrator. We design, implement, and support enterprise environments across cybersecurity, network, data center, and AI infrastructure.

Who we are

We’re engineers first. That shapes what we recommend, how we scope it, and what we’re willing to put our name on.

Why Four Leaf exists

Four Leaf was founded in 2024 on a straightforward premise: there was room for a technology partner built around deep technical expertise, fast response, and transparency — one that understands the business side of technology as well as the technical side.

Most partners are strong in one of those areas and absent in the others. We built the company to be good at all of it.

The people behind it

More than 50 years of combined enterprise technology experience across engineering, architecture, operations, and technology leadership.

Most of that was earned inside enterprise IT organizations and at major technology manufacturers — not at resellers. Our engineers have operated the networks, sat through the audits, and been on the customer side of the vendor conversation. They’ve designed and supported environments with thousands of users, hundreds of locations, multiple data centers, and the security and regulatory requirements that come with that scale.

That’s the perspective we bring to every engagement: we know how large organizations actually run, not just how technology gets marketed.

How we’re built

A core team owns your relationship and your architecture. Specialists are engaged by discipline, matched to the problem in front of you.

That structure is deliberate. The common alternative is one engineer expected to cover networking, security, cloud, identity, and AI infrastructure at the same time — and nobody is genuinely expert in all of it. You wouldn’t ask a family doctor to read radiology imaging. The same logic applies to infrastructure.

The result is better architecture, less implementation risk, and decisions that still hold up in three years.

How we work

We start with the problem, not the product.

Before anything gets designed, we want to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, what you already own, where the gaps actually are, and what the environment needs to look like three to five years out. Then we design around that.

We don’t start with a preferred manufacturer and work backward, either. We work across multiple leading manufacturers because no single vendor is best at everything — Cisco may be right in one part of an environment, Palo Alto or Fortinet somewhere else, Arista in another, Microsoft or AWS somewhere else entirely.

Sometimes the right answer is a significant refresh. Sometimes it’s keeping what you have and fixing the architecture around it. The goal is to become an extension of your technology team, not another vendor you have to manage.

What we’re known for

Speed

Response time is culture here, not a service level.

Same-day engagement on technical requests, structured follow-up, clean documentation, and transparent communication about what’s happening and when.

Buying strategy

Most partners process renewals as transactions. We treat them as checkpoints.

What’s actually being used, where tools overlap, whether licensing is structured efficiently, what could be co-termed, whether a better buying program applies.

We’re unusually fluent in OEM licensing, programs, incentives, deal registration, and enterprise agreements, and we treat that as part of the engineering work. It isn’t enough to pick the right technology; you should be buying it the right way.

Who we work with

Four Leaf works across financial services, manufacturing, construction, and technology, with particular depth in healthcare — environments where uptime, security, identity, segmentation, compliance, and aging infrastructure all collide at once.

We’d rather demonstrate expertise and deliver something useful before asking for your business.

We’re based in Omaha and focused on Nebraska and Iowa, with plans to expand into additional markets in 2027.
